Franzosini has launched its online client portal: a private, free area where each client finds all the documents of their files, gathered in one place and always available.
It is the answer to a concrete, everyday need. Every day many clients contact us for a copy of an invoice or a customs declaration: legitimate requests, but ones that take time on both sides. With the portal, those documents are available directly online, viewable and downloadable in seconds, with no need to call or write.
The portal is the result of the collaboration between Franzosini and EZdatacenter SA, the group company specialised in the digital management and preservation of documents. Its philosophy is captured in the project's motto, think paperless, think easy: less paper, less waiting, more autonomy.
Access is free for all clients. After a quick registration, each user immediately has at hand their customs declarations in PDF format and, for Italian companies, the summary statement (courtesy copy), their Franzosini invoices, always available without having to request them, and shipment tracking, to follow the status of their goods in real time. Everything from a single screen, accessible from computer, tablet or phone, at any hour.
