One portal, not just a customs archive
Developed by Franzosini together with EZdatacenter SA, the project brings the essentials for day-to-day work into a private area: operation documents, invoices, information linked to files and shipment details where available. The aim is to reduce repetitive requests and make the operational relationship more orderly, without replacing your usual contact person.
The private area can be reached from the device you normally use, including a computer, tablet or phone, and lets you move from the file to the available document without reconstructing the request each time. Information is presented according to the flow associated with your company, so you can see which operation it belongs to.
Documents available in Italy and Switzerland
Availability depends on the country, type of operation and company profile. In Italy, Free access lets you consult courtesy copies for operations handled by Franzosini or group companies, and download individual documents as PDFs when needed. Depending on the associated flow, Franzosini invoices and shipment information are also available.
The practical result is simple: if administration needs a copy or logistics needs to check a file, the available document is found in the right context and can be downloaded as an individual PDF, without waiting to send a new email request.
For Swiss operations, the portal shows the documents currently available for Franzosini operations linked to your access. This digital change forms part of the gradual move towards Passar and the use of the FOCBS ePortal. We accompany you in the necessary preparations, coordinating the relevant access rights and permissions with you. The Franzosini portal adds a consultation point close to the customer's daily work.
Benefits for day-to-day work
Instead of searching through attachments in different mailboxes, you can enter the client area, find the file and open or download the available document. A colleague can retrieve the required copy without repeatedly interrupting the operations team; centralised consultation also helps keep references and documents associated with the same operation.
Franzosini invoices are available in the portal according to the flow configured for your company. This makes it easier to check the relationship between invoice, customs file and reference period, send documents to your accountant and prepare internal checks. The portal is a work and consultation tool: your company's document-retention obligations remain your responsibility.
Shipment details and linked documents help the people organising collections, deliveries and customs work from a common basis. Visibility is being expanded progressively and can vary according to the operation and connected systems: the portal should not be understood as a promise of complete or always real-time tracking, but as a point that becomes increasingly useful for following the flow.
When administration, accounting or logistics need to review a file, they can start from the same area and focus on the operation instead of chasing attachments. Your Franzosini contact remains available for matters requiring assessment or coordination; the portal makes routine document work faster.

Today you can consult what is available; tomorrow the portal will increasingly be where operational activities with Franzosini take place. New possibilities are planned for the gradual upload and sharing of documents, digital transmission of mandates and instructions, linking information to systems and the relevant operation, and increasingly updated shipment visibility. Each function will be introduced and communicated as it becomes ready.
