The ADR (Accord européen relatif au transport international des marchandises Dangereuses par Route) is the international agreement regulating the transport of dangerous goods by road in Europe.
The agreement establishes conditions for packaging, labelling, vehicle signage, personnel training and documentation required for the safe transport of dangerous substances.
Franzosini has ADR-certified drivers and dangerous goods safety advisors (DGSA), able to handle all hazard classes in full compliance with regulations.
Non-compliance with ADR regulations carries severe penalties, including fines, vehicle immobilisation and criminal liability. Trust certified professionals.
Transporting dangerous goods without proper authorisation, documentation and personnel training is prohibited by law and carries criminal liability.
