Clear load data helps everyone work from better information before transport is booked. That is why we have published EZ Load, a configurator available free of charge on the Franzosini website. It represents cartons and pallets in 3D inside trucks or containers and gives you a practical starting point to review with the people arranging your shipment.
From package details to a vehicle plan
Enter the quantity, dimensions, weight and stackability of each item, then choose from 12 preset vehicle and container types. EZ Load displays the proposed arrangement in a 3D view and summarises dimensions, weight and occupied space. If packages remain after filling the first vehicle, you can add more vehicles and allocate the residual packages. This makes it easier to spot missing data, compare configurations and explain to your Franzosini contact what needs to be moved.
Import documents, then review the data
You can enter a packing list manually or import it from PDF, Excel, CSV, images or text. OCR and document processing take place locally in your browser, and files are not sent to artificial intelligence services. EZ Load presents the extracted rows for review before they are used. Always check quantities, units, weights and dimensions, as document quality and text recognition can make corrections necessary.
Outputs that are easier to share
When the plan is ready, you can create reports, print it, or export the data as CSV and JSON. These formats support discussion between logistics, warehouse and purchasing teams and let you send Franzosini a more orderly description of the cargo. EZ Load does not save work automatically, so export anything you want to keep before closing or refreshing the page.
A planning aid backed by real checks
The 3D plan and static indications are preliminary aids, not certifications. Actual weight distribution, payload, axle loads, securing, unloading access and any ADR restrictions must be checked by operators and the people responsible for transport. A vehicle's real internal dimensions may also differ from a preset model. Our team will therefore use the shared information as a starting point alongside the checks required for the actual shipment.
For teams preparing recurring requests, the benefit is not replacing warehouse or forwarding experience, but starting the discussion with structured information. A manager can check that every package has been included, the warehouse can discuss the handling sequence, and purchasing can attach a readable summary to its request. Questions can therefore be identified before the operational phase begins.
